Cooling off in the fountain

This little guy is 18-months old and boy, does he have his wheels. Not a stone was left unturned. From picking up sticks to swinging and sliding, Quinn caught him at the perfect age for exploring new territory!

How did summers get so busy? Sometime you just have to take time and smell the flowers…or in this case, go to the park and blow some bubbles!

The warm weather had us out and about early this year! Here’s an image of baby Evan at the park. Quinn loves the color effect he put on this image…both of us feel that nostalgia of summers past when we look at it.

Wagging tales always put us in a good mood! We’ve had quite a few of our four-legged friends visiting us  at the studio lately… here are a few images from those sessions.

Gunner (above) and Bubba (below) came in to have their very distinguished portraits taken! Their Mom, Mara, is a veterinarian, my former roomate, and one of my favorite people in the whole world!  Quinn truly enjoyed creating images of these beautiful Boxers.

This is Spoon. He’s an older guy, but you’d never know it from this photo.  He is the pet of our friend, Michelle and her two very cute kids, who recently had their portraits taken. Spoon patiently awaited his moment in front of the camera, and left us a little present in the meantime!

Blaze rolled around on the floor while Mom and Dad took maternity photos. After some running around, he was ready for his glamour shot. And clearly, he is looking forward to the new addition in the family!

Flower Power

Lily’s flower hat made us feel like spring was coming on a cold winter day! So the question is, could she be any cuter?

Landon’s many expressions kept us laughing, but his “serious” pose was so sweet that we had to post it.

And now for the big kids…

Part of the fun of photographing h.s. senior girls  is that I get to see some of THE cutest clothes. Allie has a great sense of style and looked fantastic in her sparkly black Betsey Johnson dress (so jealous!)

She’s one of the cool kids, literally! Morgan was game for going outside and braving the cold  for some of her senior portraits. She was a good sport and had fun on the ice at VanderVeer.
